Classes are held on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6 PM to 9 PM, starting on February 17, 2025, and running until May 7, 2025. Cancellation Policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy For Group Lessons Withdrawal from all group lessons is only available until 10 days before the starting date, and a 30% penalty of the full amount will be applied to the refunded amount. Since there are only 6 available seats in each group class, this limit ensures that the teacher can provide sufficient individual attention to each student and effectively manage group dynamics. This policy ensures fairness to other students. A full refund is only available if the withdrawal request is made within 2 business days after registration. For Private Lessons For private lessons, a full refund is available if the request is made within 2 business days of purchasing the package. Once the student and teacher have agreed on specific times and dates to have the sessions, the package will still be refundable, but a 30% penalty of the full amount will be applied to the refunded amount. This policy accounts for the time and resources allocated specifically for the student. --- İade ve İptal Politikaları Grup Dersleri İçin Grup derslerinden çekilme, tüm grup dersleri için dersin başlama tarihinden 10 gün önceye kadar mümkün olup, iade edilecek tutar üzerinden tam tutarın %30’u oranında bir ceza uygulanacaktır. Her grup dersinde sadece 6 kişilik kontenjan olduğundan, bu sayı öğretmenin her öğrenciye yeterli bireysel ilgi gösterebilmesini sağlamak ve grup dinamiklerini etkili bir şekilde yönetmek için belirlenmiştir. Bu politika diğer öğrencilere adil bir fırsat sağlamak içindir. Kayıttan sonraki 2 iş günü içinde çekilme talebi yapılırsa, tam iade sağlanır. Özel Dersler İçin Özel dersler için, paket satın alındıktan sonraki 2 iş günü içinde talep edilirse tam iade mümkün olacaktır. Öğrenci ve öğretmen, oturumların gerçekleşeceği belirli tarih ve saatler konusunda anlaştıktan sonra, paket yine iade edilebilir ancak iade edilecek tutar üzerinden tam tutarın %30’u oranında bir ceza uygulanacaktır. Bu politika, öğrenciye özel olarak ayrılan zaman ve kaynakları dikkate alır.
